❤  How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation via email.

❤  Can I make changes or cancel my online order?

Please contact us immediately to cancel an order. Once the order has been sent to a shipping facility, we are not able to cancel it. Most orders start processing within 24 hours after they have been placed.  In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the return procedure.

❤  When is my order shipped? and where is shipped from?

Every single product page will have specifically handling time for your order, handling time is not the same with processing time, we always process order from online and then start making. All products will be shipped from USA for U.S customers, for worldwide will ship from our International Warehouse.

❤  Where is this products manufactured?

Some of them are made in USA, some of them are imported from Italy, China and India.

❤  How Can I track the status of my order?

Please come to the homepage and scroll down the footer, here is a page called Order Tracking, Click there then you can start your tracking details.

❤  What is Pre Order item? what if i want to cancel a Pre Order?

A Pre Order item is one that you are ordering before we have it in inventory. You may cancel a pre order item up until the time your order has begun processing.To cancel a preorder item, please contact us.

Do you offer Wholesale E?

Yes we will offer wholesale price,  MOQ order is 10 pcs above, you can mixed them together up to 10 total.

Step 1: select products you like via our website and send link to us.

Step 2: send us the link with color and quantity you need

Step 3: we will quote your price and shipping fee and handling time.

Step4: confirm price, then we will send invoice to you, you can pay by credit card or bank card or paypal. Then we will ship bags or shoes to you once we are ready with tracking number via email.
